**Terms and Conditions**

1. **Appointments**: All services are provided by appointment only. Please ensure you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

2. **Booking**: A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation and no-show policies.

3. **Cancellation**: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee.

4. **Rescheduling**: To reschedule, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling within 12 hours may incur a fee.

5. **Payment**: All services must be paid for in full at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified.

6. **Conduct**: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior. Please be respectful to our staff and other clients.

7. **Liability**: We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our services. Inform your barber of any allergies or medical conditions before your appointment.

8. **Privacy**: Your personal information will be handled confidentially and only used for booking and communication purposes.

9. **Modifications**: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your appointment.
